Plastic aprons of different colours and thicknesses were used as a mulch for Dalbergia sissoo and Eucalyptus camaldulensis at Peshawar and Jallo. Results indicate:

2. Better rate of growth with aprons.
3. Significant effect on height by the material and colour of aprons.
4. Light resistant type plastic was more durable.
