Copyright Policy
Authors: Authors retain the right of their published contents to re-use the material provided that the original source of the article is properly cited and where needed the permission is considered.
Non-authors: Anyone can use and reproduce the figures, tables and other associated material as long as Smith and Franklin Academic Publishing Corporation Ltd retains the right and the permission is also sought from the original publishing author(s). Anyone who is interested to re-use abstracts are pre-granted permission and no further right to publish is required.
Making Photocopies
If anyone interested to make photocopies of the published material, permission and subsequent purchase from the publisher is obligatory. The permitted photocopied material should be kept confidential, not to be scanned, and distributed by many means of electronic media or otherwise including email, ftp, web, internet etc. It is important to note that permission is granted to make a single copy and this copy should be treated as published material and should not be reproduced in any other form of publication.
Ethics Standards
We are committed to publish, disseminating and retain a high-quality scientific research in a manner that exemplifies the best of scholarly publishing. Therefore, we will maintain highest ethical standards for all parties involved in the act of publishing including the authors, the editors, the peer reviewers, the publisher, and the societies (if applicable).
Conflicts of Interest Policy
As routine practice recommended by the international standard agencies, contributing authors, editors, and reviewers are obliged to declare all possible conflicts of interest. Any conflict must be demonstrated at the time of submitting their work and should be responsible for any consequences, which may arise during and after the process of publication.
Authorship Policy
All authors must fulfil the definition of being “Author” which can briefly be elaborated as “a contribution that significantly impact the concept, design and performance of the study. The performance varies from acquisition of concept, contribution to analysis, interpretation and significant part in the drafting of the manuscript”. Manuscripts with approval from all authors are only subject to be published.
Peer Review Policy
All submitted proposals are peer reviewed either by the internal management or by independent peer reviewers. Proposals recommended to be process are only considered for publication.
Prior Publication Policy
Any contents that are previously published or being considered to be published shall not be submitted for consideration. Authors/Editor must provide written statement on the fact that proposed contents or submitted contributions are legitimate and are not infringement to any law. If published material is to be used, prior written permission (copyright permission form) is essential.
Retraction and Correction Policy
Author/Editors must ensure that no fraudulent or plagiarized data is submitted. All such material, either during publication process or post-publication, will be subjected to editorial review which may need to be handled in international lawsuits or may retraction or correction be applied.

To maintain high standards and to obey all ethical standard of scholarly publications, Smith and Franklin Academic Publishing Corporation Ltd might seek assistance to handle any misconduct. The misconduct can vary and may range from editorial, authorship, reviewing, publication, copyright, bibliographic or technical nature.
Digital Archiving Policy
To ensure sustainable archiving and global dissemination, we aim to archive the published contents as wide as possible. Information on the indexing and archiving contents will become available on the home page of each title.
Language Policy
All contents currently being published by Smith and Franklin Academic Publishing Corporation Ltd UK are in English language only.
Advertising Policy
We advertise the publication of each title on wide array of social media. However, advertising by third party is current not permitted.
