Agarose gel electrophoresis for the 18S small subunit ribosomal RNA gene of Eimeria species in goats was performed. The bands were separated on a 1% agarose gel and visualized under UV light after staining with a red stain. Lane M contains the 426 bp molecular weight ladder.
