...llicles with cytoplasmic vacuolization, mitotic catastrophe in mitochondria , chromatin condensation, mitochondrial vesiculation and dispersion at ooplasm were observed. In mitochondria, mitotic catastrophe , vesiculation, swelling and loss of organization of cristae were detected. Here we showed that TiO2 exposure trigger paraptotic type cell death in zebrafish ovary.

Histological and biochemical study of liver of silver carp (Hypophthalmichthys molitrix) after acute exposure to pyrethoride (deltamethrin)
...ertrophy of hepatocytes, vacuolization, nuclear atrophy and congestion
of blood vessels were observed as compare to control group. This result was also supported by the significant
increase in levels of hepatic enzymes AST and ALT in blood plasma of exposed fish as compared to control fish.
These results suggested that deltamethrin is highly toxic for aquatic organism like silver carp causing malfunctioning
of liver.

..., including disorder and vacuolization of spermatogenic cells. Changed testicular organ coefficient (for dosage ≥ 55 mg/kg), decreased sperm concentration (for 110 mg/kg dosage), decreased motility (for 110 mg/kg dosage) and increased sperm malformation (for all of the treated groups) were also confirmed (p<0.05). Sperm malformation showed high sensitivity to PFOS exposure. A sperm malformation percentage, varying from 11.00% to 51.20%, was confir...

...flammatory infiltration, vacuolization, pyknosis, presence of MMCs and necrosis in hepatocytes. It can be concludedthat methylmercury has harmful effects on histology of liver of fish. Therefore, the present work suggests that the exposure to the methylmercury should be prevented to avoid injurious health hazard risks to fish.

...he liver sections showed vacuolization of the cytoplasm of the hepatocytes, necrosis of hepatocytes, polymorphism of tissue, nuclei and vessel congestions when compared with control group. The development, behavioral, biochemical and histological disorders were observed due to exposure to mercury via placenta during pregnancy and / or during lactation through weaning period. Overall, mercury chloride administration had direct influence on the social behavioura...

...uced group 2 mice showed vacuolization and inflammation of cells whereas, group 3 showed improvements with normal islets with surrounding acini and lobular structure of hepatocytes.

Novelty Statement | This study reports that Aloe vera which is commonly grown in houses has very strong antidiabetic and antihyperlipidemic properties.

...of liver tissues, severe vacuolization, remarkable cirrhosis, necrosis and karyolysis was observed in live tissue of fish exposed to high Cd concentrations (0.6-1.0ppm). In conclusion, long term exposure of Cd at high concentrations showed toxic effects on intestine, kidney and liver of Rohu (Labeo rohita) and confirmed it harmful heavy metal for aquatic environments.

... of neurons, cytoplasmic vacuolization, edema, and congestion of neural cells. The severity of these changes increased with higher Malathion concentrations and longer exposure periods. The micronuclei and Comet assays were employed to evaluate genetic toxicities, providing insights into the potential harm posed by Malathion to fish health. The findings underscore the importance of understanding the impact of environmental pollutants on aquatic ecosystems and e...
