Concentrations of progesterone hormone (P4) in pregnant and non-pregnant Aardi goats at 1, 7, 15, 23, 35, and 60 days post natural mating (NM), blood samples were collected from Aardi goats, (means ± SEM), *denotes significant difference (P<0.01) between pregnant and non-pregnant goats, (n=32).
Relative expression of mRNA of interferon-stimulated gene 17 (ISG17) in pregnant and non-pregnant Aardi goats at 1, 7, 15, 23, 35, and 60 days post natural mating (NM), blood samples were collected from Aardi goats, (means ± SEM), *denotes significant difference (P<0.01) between pregnant and non-pregnant goats, (n=32).
Relative expression of mRNA of interferon-stimulated gene 15 (ISG15) and interferon-stimulated gene 17 (ISG17) in pregnant (A) and non pregnant Aardi goats at 1, 7, 15, 23, 35, and 60 days post natural mating (NM), blood samples were collected from Aardi goats, (means ± SEM), (n=32).
