Photomicrographs showing effect of butyl paraben (BP) on histology of liver, normal histopathological sections were seen in control group (A, B). Butyal paraben group (C, D) indicates increase sinusoidal spaces, portal hypertension (PV), and Necrosis (N). BP+ AD group (E, F) shows mild degeneration. VC group mice show few pyknotic nuclei (PN). Antidote (AD) group sections (I, J) were normal like control. Hematoxylin and eosin were stained sections (10X and 40 X).
Photomicrographs showing effect of butyl paraben (BP) in kidney., no histopathologic changes were seen among control group (A, B). Butyal paraben sections (C, D) indicate glomerulosclerosis. Dose + antidote group section (E, F) shows abnormal vascular pole (VP), mild degeneration of epithelial cells, and pyknotic nuclei (PN), necrosis (N). Antidote group (I, J) shows no obvious histopathological changes. Hematoxylin and eosin were stained sections (10X and 40 X).
